Integrated Appointment Scheduling

Our development team has created software that allows our operators to interface and communicate with your practice management system through a secure connection. Using this interface, our operators can quickly access a patient’s profile and the office appointment calendar. Integrated Appointment Scheduling Account Setup

Step 1

Receive a free integrated appointment scheduling quote. You will be assigned a designated account manager who will provide you with account setup forms and work with you throughout your setup process. Note: quotes are good for 30 days.

Step 2

The new subscriber completes and submits the account setup forms and service agreement online, via fax, or by email. Your account manager is available to answer any questions that may arise when completing your forms.

Step 3

Once your completed forms and service agreement are received, the account manager will contact your office manager to confirm your information and iron out any ambiguities before submitting your account to our programming team.

Step 4

Our programming team will begin configuring the interface which connects to your EMR. If necessary, our programmers will work with your EMR provider to ensure our interface can communicate with your EMR.

Step 5

When your account setup is complete, the account manager will notify your office manager and coordinate a start date.

Hosted Appointment Scheduling

With Medicall365 Hosted Appointment Scheduling, subscribers enjoy the benefits of having a remote appointment desk without full Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system integration. Hosted Appointment Scheduling works particularly well for small to mid-sized offices.

How it works

Our Hosted Appointment Scheduling works with an online calendar made available via the Medicall365 online portal. Calendars may be accessed and altered 24 hours a day. Your office manager may log in through our encrypted connection to create or edit available appointment slots or to view scheduled appointments.
