Appointment Scheduling Pricing

Pricing varies depending on the type of integration you select. There are three integration types:

Hosted: we utilize our own scheduling software and you manually upload appointment slots. You can use our software to schedule appointments. The scheduling software also integrates with our appointment reminders service.
Integrated: we utilize our own scheduling software and stream data between your in-office scheduling software and our own software. There is a greater start up cost to utilize this service and it requires coordination between our software developers and your scheduling software vendor. The time it takes to start up this service can also take longer. Integrated appointment scheduling is the best value. Patients get 24/7 access to scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments. Changes to appointments and availability in our system and your system can be made virtually instantaneously.
Third Party: we utilize your preferred vendor's software. This service also has a higher start up cost because it requires training our agents to use the new software. There is also a minimum cost of $999.99 monthly to use the service. This service is great if you need overflow appointment scheduling staff.

$1.09 per each additional minute
10 administrative minutes a month included
A one-time non-refundable setup fee of $1,500.00 is due before account programming. After 6 months on a 36-month service agreement, 25% is refundable. Ten staff traning hours are included for your office staff. New account setup requires a 30-day waiting period.
