Message Scripts

Our operators use message scripts as a guide to ensure that your message includes all the information you need to fulfill the caller’s request. We offer a range of default message scripts and provide the option for you to create custom message scripts for our operators to follow.

Default Message Scripts

Each account comes pre-loaded with our default message scripts for you to choose from, or you can upload your own message scripts if you prefer. For each call, our operators choose the appropriate script from those in the account to document your messages as effectively and efficiently as possible. We will precisely document all the caller’s pertinent information and relay that information as instructed so that you can easily interpret the message and act.

These scripts help us ensure consistency. We find that when information is consistently documented in the same way in cases where the caller’s issue is the same, it’s much easier for everyone to quickly make informed decisions about the urgency level of the call and when to dispatch the message.

We can also remove fields from the message template upon request if there is any information in the script you find extraneous.

Finally, we allow every customer to create their own message script to guide our staff in exactly what questions to ask the patient and what information you need to ensure the message is dispatched and dealt with correctly.

We also offer thorough customization of our default scripts to fit your circumstances. For example, in instances where subscribers are part of a call group or there are multiple providers in the same office, the field “Message for” can be replaced with “PCP.” This information can also be useful in dispatching a message in situations where each provider in an office takes their own calls, or when the on-call provider needs to know whose patient they are assisting.
